Dr. Vigen Vick Abovian, MD, specializes in Primary Care and Geriatrics. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, and completed his family medicine residency at Spohn Texas A&M-CRP County Hospital. In 2010, Dr. Abovian founded VIDA Family Practice PC and joined the medical staff at Glendale Adventist Hospital. He implemented an integrated healthcare delivery model with team-based care to address the needs of larger patient populations. His expertise was enriched by prior associations with FQHC and PACE centers. Dr. Abovian is fluent in English, Armenian, Russian, and Spanish. He enjoys mindfulness, traveling, and family activities.
