OUR HISTORY Founded in 2010 by Dr. Vigen Vick Abovian MD, our organization is committed to delivering healthcare to patients with diverse needs, addressing chronic problems, urgent issues, and convenient care.
Our experienced providers utilize extended team-based care to improve patient access and healthcare outcomes.
OUR TEAM CARE Our Team-Based-Care along with our providers and care coordinators, effectively addresses the needs of a large patient population.
