Labs and Test Results

When to Expect my Tests and Lab Results?

  • Allow a two-week period for the provider to review your Routine Lab Results and communicate back to you. This response timeframe ensures fair delivery of services to all our patients across the board.

  • You may View your Results Sooner by signing up with LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics portal yourself.

  • For radiology tests such as MRIs or cardiac stress tests, we must await for the official report before responding with results.

  • If you haven't heard from us, it's likely because:

    • a) we either haven't received your lab results yet,

    • b) the physician hasn't reviewed your lab results yet,

    • c) your lab results are normal, and will be discussed on your follow-up.

  • Urgent Lab results related to Acute Issue will be notified as soon as we receive your results.

  • Normal lab results without major abnormalities will be discussed at your upcoming follow-up, either by phone visit or in-person visit.

  • Abnormal lab results requiring immediate attention will be promptly notified.

  • Make sure you have a Follow-up Appointment within four-weeks of your blood test to discuss your results with provider by phone or in-person.

  • You may activate our Patient Portal by contacting our staff and access your electronic health records online.
