Refills Policy

Chronic Medication Refill can be approved within 3 days if you have had an office visit within the last 6 months. Please call your pharmacy and request them to send us “Electronic Refill Requests”, or call our office with your questions.

Urgent Issues: Patients who call our Team Care for their acute issues, will have their medications sent electronically by ePrescriptions on the Same Day, or arranged for an urgent visit within 48 hours either remotely or in-person.

Convenient Care: Patients who call our Team Care with routine issues, and are unable to await their next available appointment by phone or in-person, will have their medications refilled within 3 business days.

ERx: All Prescriptions will be sent directly to your pharmacy by ePrescriptions, and your pharmacy will notify you once ready.

If your medications are down to 30 day supply, and you have not had an office visit in the last 6 months, we encourage you to schedule a follow-up visit to have your medications adjusted or refilled.

Patients who request “Narcotic Pain Medications” for Chronic Pain will be referred to pain management specialist, or given the option of non-controlled analgesics.

Patients who request “Controlled Substances” for Mental Conditions such as anxiety or insomnia, will be referred to neurologist and psychiatrist, or given the option of non-controlled substitute medications.
